President Biden’s proposed $6 trillion federal budget is an active demonstration of how far the political left has taken the White House and how determined Biden and the Progressives are to destroy the American economy.
The budget proposal is loaded up with more and expanded government-financed entitlements and tax hikes that will further burden the middle class and cost American jobs. CD- 11 Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill should denounce Biden’s proposal immediately and declare it dead on arrival. But she won’t do that. Why? Because she is a progressive leftist who is masquerading as a moderate.
Included in Biden budget plan is a proposal to raise the corporate tax rate to 28% and increase the capital gains tax on the wealthiest Americans to 39.6%,
At a time when we need American Industry and businesses to invest in in new equipment and enterprises to make America more self-reliant, Biden and the progressive’s want to punish corporations and disincentivize their growth.
Over and over again we hear the same tired song from leftists like Biden, Bernie Sanders and Mikie Sherrill; it’s punish success; tax the rich; give more of our tax money away. We know their plan doesn’t work – yet they continue to try to sell it to America. No Sale.
The top 20% of taxpayers paid 78% of federal income taxes in 2020, according to the Tax Policy Center. More than 100 million U.S. households, or 61% of all taxpayers, paid no federal income taxes last year. Who is not paying their fair share?
We need a grow the economy, and create good paying jobs, now. Biden can’t do that and neither can Mikie Sherrill.
